Dental Implants
Permanent, natural-looking tooth replacement using precision-guided implants, from a single tooth to a full arch.

Dental implants are the most permanent way to replace one or more missing teeth, using a titanium post placed directly into the jawbone to act as an artificial tooth root. Once healed, a custom-made crown, bridge, or denture is attached on top, giving you a replacement tooth that looks, feels, and functions like your own.
Unlike a bridge or a removable denture, an implant does not rely on neighboring teeth for support, and it helps preserve the jawbone that would otherwise shrink after tooth loss. At GN Dental, we use precision-guided implant technology and digital imaging to plan placement accurately, whether you need a single implant, an implant-supported bridge, or a full-arch restoration.
Implants are a good option for most healthy adults with adequate bone in the jaw, though patients with significant bone loss may need bone grafting first to build a stable foundation. We evaluate your specific case with a detailed exam and X-rays before recommending the right type of implant restoration for you.
If you have loose or missing teeth, uncomfortable dentures, or have been putting off tooth replacement because of cost or uncertainty, we encourage you to schedule a consultation. Our team will walk you through your options honestly, including cost, timeline, and what to expect at every stage of treatment.
Single Tooth Implants
A single implant replaces one missing tooth without altering the healthy teeth next to it. A titanium post is placed in the jawbone, then topped with a custom crown that matches your natural teeth. Single implant treatment starts at $1,099.
Implant-Supported Bridges
For patients missing several teeth in a row, two or more implants can support a bridge, avoiding the need to grind down healthy teeth the way a traditional bridge would. Cost for an implant-supported bridge depends on the number of teeth being replaced.
Full-Arch Implants (All-on-4)
Using as few as four strategically placed implants, we can support a full arch of replacement teeth, giving patients with extensive tooth loss a fixed, non-removable alternative to dentures. All-on-4 treatment starts at $14,999.
Bone Grafting for Implants
If you have lost bone volume in your jaw, we can perform bone grafting to rebuild a stable foundation before placing implants, often as part of the same overall treatment plan.
Precision-Guided Implant Planning
We use digital X-rays and, when needed, 3D imaging to map out the exact position, angle, and depth for each implant before we ever begin. Digital planning can help improve implant placement accuracy and treatment planning.
Every implant plan is customized to your jaw structure, bite, and the number of teeth being replaced, so the fit and function match your natural mouth as closely as possible.

What to Expect
- Consultation and Imaging
We evaluate your jawbone, gum health, and bite with a detailed exam and X-rays to confirm you are a good candidate.
- Implant Placement
The titanium implant post is placed into the jawbone under local anesthesia or sedation.
- Healing and Osseointegration
Over the next few months, the implant fuses with the jawbone, creating a stable, permanent foundation.
- Restoration Placement
Once healed, a custom crown, bridge, or denture is attached, completing your new smile.
Personalized Consultations, Every Step
Every implant plan starts with a one-on-one conversation about your goals, health history, and timeline. Dr. Jaspreet Singh Dhami reviews your X-rays and treatment options directly with you, so you always understand what to expect before moving forward.

Signs You May Need Dental Implants
- One or more missing teeth affecting your bite, chewing, or confidence
- Loose teeth that may need to be replaced soon
- Dentures that slip, feel uncomfortable, or need frequent adjustment
- Bone loss in the jaw from long-term tooth loss
- A desire for a permanent, non-removable tooth replacement
Cost and Insurance
Single implant treatment starts at $1,099, and All-on-4 full-arch treatment starts at $14,999. An implant-supported bridge depends on the number of teeth being replaced. Dental implant cost depends on how many teeth are being replaced and whether bone grafting is needed. Dental insurance may cover a portion of implant treatment, especially the restoration itself, though coverage varies by plan. We verify your benefits and provide a full written estimate before treatment begins, along with financing options to help make implants more affordable.
Comfort and Recovery
Implant placement is performed under local anesthesia or sedation, so the procedure itself is comfortable. Some discomfort during recovery is normal and manageable with over-the-counter or prescribed medication. Full healing before the final restoration is placed typically takes a few months, allowing the implant to properly fuse with your jawbone.
