Wisdom Teeth Removal

Evaluation
Not everyone needs wisdom teeth out, but we will assess yours with X-rays. We check for crowding, impaction, or risk of decay. If wisdom teeth are affected or may cause problems, removal is often recommended.
In-Office Procedure
Many wisdom teeth can be removed in our office under local anesthesia. We also offer sedation (such as oral or IV sedation) for patients who prefer to be relaxed or unaware during the procedure.
Gentle Technique
Our dentist uses careful surgical techniques to minimize bone and gum trauma. For fully erupted teeth, we often remove them in sections to reduce force. Your comfort is our priority.
Aftercare
Post-extraction, we provide pain management and healing instructions. Ice packs, rest, and a soft diet help you recover. We give antibiotics or special mouth rinses if needed. Follow-up visits ensure proper healing and remove sutures if used.

Most patients find recovery from wisdom tooth removal very manageable. By taking out problematic wisdom teeth early, we prevent future pain, infection, and misalignment. Whether you’re a teen or adult whose wisdom teeth are acting up, GN Dental handles the extractions expertly.
