Oral Surgery

Tooth Extractions
We remove damaged or non-restorable teeth, including wisdom teeth when necessary. Our dentist uses advanced techniques to minimize discomfort. We offer local anesthesia and sedation to make the process as painless as possible.
Impacted Teeth
If your wisdom teeth or other teeth are stuck beneath the gum line, we perform surgical extractions to free them. Removing impacted teeth can prevent pain, infection, and crowding of adjacent teeth.
Bone Grafting
For patients needing dental implants or who have lost bone volume, we perform bone grafting. This involves placing bone material to strengthen the jaw in preparation for a future restoration.
Soft Tissue Procedures
Some oral surgeries involve gum tissue (see Soft Tissue Periodontics page). We can perform gum contouring or removal of small oral lesions in-office.

After oral surgery, we provide clear instructions and follow-up to ensure you heal comfortably. Pain management and infection prevention are top priorities – we may prescribe antibiotics and give tips for care at home. Most post-op soreness is manageable with over-the-counter or prescription medication.
